The VNI West Community Reference Group (CRG) is a forum for constructive engagement between the project and communities, providing an avenue for collaboration that can shape community-focused outcomes.

The VNI West project team and the members of the CRG seek to develop a shared understanding about the project, including discussing community concerns and opportunities to address potential impacts.

The CRG’s current members represent a broad range of locations across the VNI West project area.

CRG meetings are held every few months, with dates set in consultation with the CRG members. Minutes are taken at each meeting and published once endorsed at the next meeting. A Chairperson’s update that summarises the meeting discussion, is published after each meeting, following a review.
